Just this week I read the news that Hong Kong Airlines was going to end their flights to the US West Coast. That’s really sad, because they offer a fantastic product for an affordable price. I will definitely miss this route!

Yeah we took the same flight to LA….n we were in first class all the way. Just beautiful. Hong Kong Airlines keep uphe good standard.
That's the feeling I get when I arrive at LAX, and finally back home in Los Angeles. It's definitely a long flight from Hong Kong to L.A. But, worth it!

It's going to be interesting to see the array if travel bargains that should be available on the other side of the pandemic. If the 2008 financial crisis is any guide the airlines will take years to recover.

Hong Kong Airlines offers nice meal and decent inflight service, but the airport transit… sucks… the crew isn't friendly 🙁
BTW, I did try the A330 from HKG to YVR. No IFE screen but they used an iPad to replace it. Another cool experience.
