We made this video walking around the “Carlsplatz Markt” in Düsseldorf/Germany which is the oldest still active market in the city.
The market is located in the Carlstadt neighborhood (only a short walk from the center and the Old Town) and the opening times are Mon. – Fri. from 8 am to 6 pm and Sat. from 8 am to 4 pm. There are around 60 stalls selling fresh produce, flowers, coffee, wine, etc. and of course, many places to sit and enjoy a bite or a drink. You can also find some nice souvenirs here to take back home. And they even have a delivery service if you are staying in town.
