This is a film about travels on the Tōkaidō and San’yō Shinkansen high-speed rail lines between Hiroshima and Tokyo. Shinkansen in Japanese means ‘new main line’, but this word is also used as name of the trains themselves. In English, the trains are also known as the bullet trains. __________________________________________________________________

Love your videos, fantastic quality. Keep it up!
Loved the shots of the countryside~ I haven't taken the Shinkansen south-west of Osaka yet, but it's on my bucket list. Unfortunately it's a lot more expensive for residence of Japan to use than tourists, so I'm glad I was able to take it all the way up to Hokkaido on the rail pass when I first visited Japan. Some lovely scenery to be seen when you're not in a tunnel or having your view blocked by the noise barriers : P
Once again solid work! Thank you
I lived in Japan for six years and I can say that the Shinkansen is always a fantastic ride
I was in a dining cart when the train came to a sudden halt from 300km. I watched my cup of coffee and nota single drop swished into the saucer
