My daughter said the mochi donuts from Mr Donut is what she misses most about Japan; she was so happy when they had them here at the Chicago Chinatown summer fair. My other daughter works at a coffee shop and she said people have been bugging them for pumpkin fall flavored drinks since August LOL
I have to drive out to Mitsuwa Marketplace this weekend to look for autumn donuts.
By the way, if you're a 1/4 then Leo is 5/8th's.

There's a coffee shop close to where I live that sells mochi donuts. They're really good and have a unique chewiness to them. It's like I have a brick in my stomach for the rest of the day if I eat more than half of one at a time, though.

After the displeasure that tourist's have voiced on japans restrictions, they'll now start to voluntarily manage to visit other countries when they don't have to since they're the one's spending. Seems now they'll unquestionably spend any amount

John I can not remember if people do anything in Japan for Halloween.They have started opening Halloween stores here. I love some of the things that they sell.Every year I take my nephew trick or treating.
It would have grafetti that says"hey I'm walkin here"Ny is actually very nice compared to some other cities on the east coast. I would love to live there, but it is very expensive.

re Overtourism. We are overwhelmed here in Hawaii. There are no more "slow" times. That went away a few years before covid. It is what it is. I hope the Japanese visitors recognize that while they are visiting Hawaii.
