Goi Station is located in Goi Chuonishi and Goi Chuo East, Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture.
It is a station of the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the Kominato Railway.
[Around the station]
Located in the center of Ichihara City, there are many office buildings and condominiums around the west exit of the station.
The pedestrian deck is connected to Sunplaza Ichihara.
Since 2007, the east exit of Goi Station has been developed into a large-scale commercial complex, a high-rise residential area, and Kazusa-Sarashaku Park (general park), etc., and was completed in 2013.
There is a taxi stand and a bus terminal on the east and west sides of the station.
五井駅（ごいえき）は、千葉県市原市五井中央西と五井中央東にある。
東日本旅客鉄道（JR東日本）・小湊鐵道の駅である。
【駅周辺】
市原市の中心地に位置し、駅西口周辺はオフィスビルやマンションなどが多数ある。
ペデストリアンデッキはサンプラザ市原とつながっている。
東口は2007年から五井駅東口開発により、大型複合商業施設、高層住宅地、上総更級公園（総合公園）などの整備が行われ、2013年に完成した。
駅東西にはタクシー乗り場とバスターミナルがある。
