Yume Wo Katare in Boston isn’t a restaurant; it’s a dream workshop with only one thing on its menu: tonkotsu shoyu pork ramen. We saw how it’s made, talked to an employee about what makes the dish so special, and tried it out ourselves to see if it would live up to the hype.

I could easily eat that bowl of Ramen iam a Ramen eating Master. No competition for me .
Oh my god !!! That's some story .
My dream is to lose weight and finishing this gigantic bowl of ramen made it that much harder & farther.
What song is this??
Ramen vs pho who wins ?
It looks delicious.
So what if your dream is to not get diabetes or have a heart attack? Just kidding, of course. Looks awesome.
I really want to go there!!!
I wonder what are they smoking in Boston?
My dream is to become King of the pirates
Ramen is one of the most overrated foods on the planet. I take that back,
Ramen is the most overrated food on the planet.
I just went here tonight for the first time. The soup and ramen noodles were pretty good, but OMG the pork itself was FANTASTIC!!!!! I could even say it's the best Shoyu pork I've ever had. That alone makes me want to come back again for more in the future 😀
I don’t want to dream.
I just want to eat ramen .
Too cute!
Sounds like an AA meeting!
hogwash…
It was interesting to see.
I would feel so judged. Literally graded on your performance of how much you ate. Then forced to share intimate life aspirations with strangers. Let me eat my ramen in peace and mind your own business. Hard pass.
How is it that Herrine seems to be roughly the same size and build as Tinkerbell, yet seems to eat everything in sight?
I like the idea, but seriously, don't finish the broth. If you eat it often, you'd probably die before you reach your dreams.
二郎系ラーメンの存在がアメリカ人にバレてしまったか…
So Good great Ramen on the East coast they make it weird to get great Ramen?!? Umm I hope the Ramen is good but.. how would it compare to California lol yup nope
This " head producer" is not a goof host. Terrible voice, void of personality, seams like a Karen. Seems like she's having trouble reading her own lines. Just not a good host. Ruined the coverage.
Definitely inspired by Ramen Jiro
My dream is that my father that left me when I was 5 years old would return and my mother seeing me as her son and not as a nobody.
Well intentioned, but I'd feel disinclined to dine at a restaraunt that turns the entire experience into a Tony Robbins seminar. Let diners enjoy their ramen in peace.
I been there during My birthday on 2021 and even with the strict restriction and such, you still get to experience the whole atmosphere and standing up to tell your goals in life.
Oh god I just saw a skiddles pride commercial. 🤮 give me a rainbow break!
This one kinda got to me as a person that has grown up on doctored up instant ramen, I always dreamed to eat better and now that I do, I still eat ramen lol
My dream is too have a really good bowl of vegetarian ramen. Oops
I frequented Yume Wo Katare when I was going to school in Boston, and I had some of the best memories riding the red line to the porter stop with my friends. Going down the giant escalator at the porter stop was so hard after getting a perfect on a Buta, every step made you feel like you were about to explode. haha
I learned a lot about my friends and my self simply by sharing our dreams and a bowl of ramen.
What they say is true, this is more than just a ramen shop, it is a dream workshop where you will make unforgettable memories.
