The hotel we stayed at offered a 2-hour tour around the Kabira Bay Area of Ishigaki. I captured just a part of it.
The maximum speed we reached was 30kms/h. In Japan, it is not necessary to wear a helmet while riding a vehicle with 3 or 4 tires. We did, anyways. You can see the small blue license plate on the ATV. That indicates that the engine is 50cc or less and legal for road use.
The weather was warm and humid, and the sun was intense. I certainly got a bit of a sunburn on my exposed arms. But viewing the scenery without a windscreen was spectacular.
About halfway through the video, on the left of the road, you will see a small cemetery. In Ishigaki, cemeteries are above-ground and in this style.
