Nostalgic street of Japan ~ Sennensake Kikkawa 千年鮭きっかわ ~ Sake & Salmon Walk in Niigata

Amazed by the beauty of Japanese traditional house and traditional processing method of salmon products!
This time, I visited a traditional salmon shop in Niigata (Murakami city) and walked its neighborhood in Murakami city, Niigata prefecture.
The shop house is very old but beautifully maintained. Very beautiful and interesting sights you can see in the back of the shop house💕 🐟 🍶 So many salmons are suspended from the ceiling. They are making Salmon’s Sakebitashi. (Salmon soaking in Sake).
