In Kafka’s “Castle”, K is alone when he arrived in that village because he does belong neither to the castle nor village. Life is never about black and white. K created his own world, a place on the rim of the world to find his true meaning of life. The feeling of running away and looking for something at the same time. Ambiguous, amorphous.

As for me, I am not running away or looking for anything here in the Black Forest. Maybe one day, I’m not sure when, but what will be, will be. Someday I will leave everything behind to live in the woods. And now, it’s just a moment of chasing the shadow of the Black Forest.

Trong cuốn “Lâu Đài” của Kafka, K đơn độc khi đến ngôi làng ấy vì hắn chẳng thuộc về lâu đài hay ngôi làng. Cuộc sống chẳng bao giờ tách bạch đến thế. K tạo ra một thế giới của riêng mình, một nơi nằm ngoài rìa thế giới, để đi tìm ý nghĩa thật sự của đời mình. Cảm giác chạy trốn và đi tìm một thứ cùng lúc không rõ ràng, vô định hình.

Còn tôi, tôi chẳng chạy trốn hay đi tìm gì ở nơi đây. Có thể một ngày, không rõ khi nào, nó đến khi nó phải đến, tôi sẽ rời bỏ tất cả để sống giữa rừng. Còn bây giờ, chỉ là một giây phút đi theo bóng Rừng Đen.
