    Back in 2020 I was lucky enough to visit Hydra, one of the Saronic islands of Greece . It was when travel opened up for a short time over the lockdown . Fabulous idyllic place . Definitely recommended. We flew to Athens and got a boat over to Hydra . Absolutely loved it. Sailed back over and then had a few days in Athens as well. We probably saw it at a quieter time because of the lockdowns so most people cancelled their holidays that year . We were so lucky ! Would definitely love to see Hydra again sometime 😊 Love your videos ! The best travel channel by far 👌

    ok, this is what I can tell: we have been to corfu for 2 weeks, rented a car and had a look at nearly every corner of the island. This is what we found out: It is not nice everywhere! Don't go to the south or the north, go to the north east. First we stayed for some nights in the north west, but we did not like it very much, too windy. Then we found the best place to be: Kassiopi, nice little town north east, lots of restaurants, nice harbour, beautiful little beaches close by. We hired a boat there twice and this was the best thing we could do, being able to go to some lonesome beaches, doing a lot of swimming – perfect. Expensive but totally worth it. If I go there again, only to the north east, Kassiopi or I rent a house somewhere near by. And get a vespa for one or two days for driving around.
