Kisarazu is a city in Chiba prefecture at Tokyo Bay about 2 hours by train from Tokyo or in 1 hour by car through Aqua Line tunnel. They decided to arrange a fireworks festival but because of coronavirus it was divided into several days and all food stalls were prohibited.
I walked a bit around Kisarazu station eastern area and then walked to the west towards Tokyo Bay for the hanabi. After the fireworks I returned to the station.
Found a cat but it was too far😹
