新潟の旅【トンネルを抜け清津挟へ】　　　Trip to Niigata [Go through the tunnel to Kiyotsu Gorge]

新潟の旅の始まりは「関越トンネル」を抜けた「湯沢」から。塩沢のそば処「中野屋」でお昼の「なめこおろし蕎麦」を食べ、日本三大峡谷の一つ「十日町」の「清津峡」へ向かいました。初めて見る切り立った渓谷に感動しました。

The journey to Niigata begins at “Yuzawa” through the “Kanetsu Tunnel”. We ate “Nameko Grated Soba” for lunch at “Nakanoya”, a soba restaurant in Shiozawa, and headed to “Kiyotsu Gorge” in “Tokamachi”, one of the three major gorges in Japan. We were impressed by the steep valley we saw for the first time.
