Come join the Japanese foodie expedition in Kyoto with Yoshi Sensei to try “fugu” (puffer fish) which includes the unique delicacy called “shirako” or directly translated as “white children.” It will melt in your mouth! 🙂 The best season to eat fugu is in the winter.
