  1. The new rewards suck. I will never see my previous status.. (earned over the last 4 years) the (so called) additional add-ons rewards do not equal the previous program rewards. I returned from Vegas (after the new program started), played more, higher bets and was rewarded with 1/4th of the tier points i usually accumulate. The players card program used to be the best in Vegas (or anywhere for that matter). It's not anymore.. I left Caesars Rewards because MGM offered better rewards and treated the average to higher end player better. My wife likes the spa, messages and activities that are offered at MGM properties. Very Disappointed. you lowered the tier to dollar ratio by 84% and left the tier point thresholds the same (except for Pearl), but what do I know, just and average player with over 10k to 15k (coin-in) per trip on slots, go to shows, uses the salon and spa's at different MGM properties, rent Cabanas at the pools.. can't get a host (tried for years but was told (by numerous host) that I don't play enough), sounds like I'm the guy that MGM wants to limit..you know little guy.. Not mad, but extremely disappointed.. All I had was the ability to earn tier point to receive better service because of my current card status. Now that's gone.. Thanks

  2. I’m so done with MGM! & they don’t seem to care either!
In past year Caesars treats me so much better & my host there is the absolute best. I’m seriously debating boycotting MGM lol Seriously thou!! I’ve been maintaining gold status there only because some of my absolute favorite stays are Bellagio and Aria. But they went so downhill on their rewards program and how they treat us!, it’s sad!
Caesars treats me like royalty at diamond status so I’m 💯 leaning towards taking most all of my play over there now.
