  1. i don't know why u people hate so much!!! anyway you are in India but you guys are not in southern part of India ….. so do not come to a conclusion that India is garbage …… if anyone want to visit India as a tourist go for tourist places….like(south India) marina beach, mahabalipuram, wayanad, kodaikanal, ooty, coorg,Bangalore, famous temples,Goa(most of them are foreigners)and many.
if u want good food go for good restaurant …there are lot of good food in india (Tamil foods like itly, dosa, poori, chapathi, all rice dishes, my favorite is Biriyani veg & non-veg and more) where u guys eat was even scary for a Indian and me too.
    ! Incredible India !

  2. A good friend that was married to someone in India, they got sick too. Good thing is, they lost a lot of weight, lol. Yeah, I have no plans to go to India. Been to the Middle East when young, two places I'm not a big fan of. Now Indian food in San Francisco, yummy, lol.

  3. Well what is the fun of traveling when you know it is going to be. So travel without expectation. I just became a fan of Kyde and Eric.  Well I travelled to india, and I think it is not difficult to visit India without getting sick. You just have to know the right place and choose carefully where you eat and go. Kyde and Eric were out of Luck. If you have time,  travel to Northeast part of India and it is more like Burma without the temples.

  4. Eric and Kyde ! sure your trip to India seemed incredible and difficult.
But perhaps you should explore the north eastern states in Sikkim .
Reasons are simple as a completely 180 degrees phase shift ,you would find people not staring ,pretty much minding their own business and sorted. And yes the food is good ,you do get cattle meat.
I had been staying in Tokyo japan as well for a year ,so totally understand 🙂
But sure hope to see your views exploring the himalayas and north eastern states of India .The version that even indians are not so aware of. 🙂

  5. I think the Rats in India carry bubonic plague(or the Fleas thereon). Delhi belly is pretty much a given from what I've heard. You did well to get through what you did. I probably wouldn't have been that patient.

  6. Wow 29 days in India Before you guys got sick!, too bad about that, but you had times no? such is the way of tourist life!

  7. Love your videos! I know three people who went to India separately and all three got sick. One got sick so bad that she is still sick a year later from a parasite she got from something she ate there. Addicted to your Japanese adventures!

  8. Started watching you guys in Japan…then travelled to the Philippines (where my family is from!)…visited China…went skiing in Dubai…saw Abu Dhabi…I'm so tempted to stamp my own Passport just from watching you two travel the world 🙂 Love the videos and positive outlook on life that you two provide! So many laughs (the sandal-eating escalator and the peeing turtle, for starters LOL) ^_^ Can't wait to watch all the other travel vids! Thanks for all the uploads! 🙂

  9. Sorry Both of you … You guys had a bad time while travelling in my country…. Please plan well in advance when you are coming next time…. It is not a bad place…. If you need a a good standard of living experience you need to spend more money here…. Hope both of you will come again….

  10. don't feel too bad guys.. in 82 I was in India got malaria was only supposed to be there 2 months after being deathly sick our group got bumped off our flight I ended up being stuck in new Delhi for 2 more months..I love India but I don't know if at my age it would be a good idea for me to go back..great series though..glad you guys made it out

  11. Well, India has a lot of economic groups ranging from people earning 4 dollars a day to millions a year. The cheap food on the streets is meant for the lowest income groups. It just keeps them going. No middle class Indian eats there. If you can spend decent money, you will find hygienic food which will never get you sick.

And please dont put blanket statements around India. We have immense diversity across states, cities, socio-economic groups and you will experience every human emotion possible. You need to find what fits best for you and enjoy !

  12. hahaha… I think you guys had planned to travel India with only 100 dollars in your pocket, that's the reason why you were eating in such cheap restaurants, furthermore, the trains that you traveled in are crap, even we Indians prefer ac class trains, maybe you might be short at you pockets to buy Ac class train tickets. Next time bring more money with you and stay in a good hotel and have good food in good restaurants so you won't have diarrhea. It's such a pity, you had been to India and missed the best part.
