“Traveler’s Bean Dip” is what I called our dinner.

1 can of black beans

1 tomato

1 clove of garlic

However much and whatever kind of cheese you’d like

A ton of cilantro because it’s delicious

I drained the beans, chopped the veggies, and mushed it all together in a pan. Topped it off with more cilantro (duh) and avocado. Nate and I dipped Tostitos right in the pan!

    santiago s have a great and modern places..and only goes a very less places…must go to the costanera center..parque araucano..san cristobal hill etc etc

    I know I am late but just wanted to had that Santiago indeed has a lot of pollution but at the time you went there it was mostly the smoke from the fires

    Me dio algo de tristeza ver estas imágenes. Ahora todas esas zonas de Santiago tan bonitas están hechas mierda… porque parece que aquí, para conseguir los cambios sociales que necesitamos en Chile, no basta con marchar y manifestarse, también hay que afear y destruir.

    Hahajaha. We use to call them warén , they are huge gray rats, horribles and me being a man would run down stairs same you"d do. In my kitchen I found one of those, due tube of drenage had a space open, and renember rats live under ground. Finally there were 4 , yes, you read it well, 4 in four days warenes like video. Whuaaaagghhh! Well, short tale I repared tube and problem finished. We do not have kangaroos, nor koalas. Orher point, it is usual last time cougarts in Santiago neighborhoods next to the mountains areas of the town, they come from sorrounding hills, pre-cordillera (pre-Los Andes mountain). Sorry my English 😋

    The park you show reminds me of Retiro Park in Madrid, Spain… actually in general Santiago kind of reminds of Madrid. But yes, in other countries, large public parks where lots of people congregate for fun is much more of a "thing" than in the US.
