This is the BEST street food in Koh Samui Thailand! πΉπ
This Koh Samui street food market is a MUST SEE when you visit the island – and the best part is, it’s right in the middle of a very touristy area.
As well as exploring this street food heaven in Koh Samui Thailand, I will show you what is Chaweng Beach like now after years of no tourism. So is Koh Samui Thailand travel worth it? Let’s find out.

π€€ youβve got me wanting to head back to Thailand. Thailand has to have my favourite cuisine from all our travels. Iβll never forget eating pineapple fried rice out of a pineapple sitting on the beach.
That temple out of beer bottles in your next episode is crazy! Looking forward to seeing it π
You are the first farang (westerner) I watched on YT who ate Nam Khao Tod. love this dish too β€οΈ

Wow, I remember back in the day after a week or two in Bangkok and Pattaya you would go to Georgetown in Penang to get the 60-day visa from the Thai consulate there so you could spend more time exploring Thailand. After obtaining the visa, you would take a taxi across the border to Hat Yai. Change taxis and continue to Surat Thani and take a ferry to Koh Samui. It had no airport. five-star hotels etc. Just a lot laid back times on Chaweng Beach. I stayed at the Whitehouse a little hotel owned and run by a Swiss named Andreessen and his Thai wife. Good times…
Welcome to Koh Samui. I live here. Would love to collaborate.
Thanks for the info. Will visit koh samui one day
Ran into Brian and Emma in Atutthaya today. They are gracious and cool people. Such a JOY to meet them!
