This is a F1 Chita Gyu cross of Kuroge Washu with Holstein. The result was a delicious lean cut of Striploin with a touch of marbling. Packed with umami, we flipped this steak a few times to get an even distribution of heat, and got an extremely juicy and flavorful steak!
