Mt. Oritsume in Ninohe is a major habitat of #himebotaru (#fireflies in the forest) in #Tohoku region. One million himebotaru illuminate the beech forest in July. It’s fascinating to see the blue blossoms of #hydrangea glow under the lights of nocturnal luminescent beetles.
