Pretty crazy that they do cold ramen and abura oil ramen, as well as fried rice and gyoza. Most just do only the tonkatsu or shoryu
Korean chefs also use those gas flame throwers. I wonder if that's slightly dangerous in a kitchen? Anyway it's a great idea for searing meat.

Mauvaises pratiques culinaires. Les œufs au wok, l'huile qui brûle ( point de fumée) . Rôtis de porc cuit à l'eau et passés au chalumeau !!! Sauce blanchâtres pas appétissantes.. Travers de porc dans l'eau qui débordent du faitout.. Donne pas envie de manger.

豚骨の味を存分に味わえる。そして嫌な臭みは無く旨味だけが舌に残る感じのラーメンです。

Pure comfort food- fresh and piping hot fried rice, or a great bowl of loaded noodles. This young man's restaurant looks great.

福岡とんこつ最高です。とんこつなのにあっさりしてて鍋底の見えるくらい澄んでいてサラッとしてて食べやすいです。ギドギドしてて濃くてくどいとんこつは苦手ですね。福岡の味応援してます。食べてみたいなあ。
