I went to Tonomine Plateau in Kamikawa Town, Kanzaki District, Hyogo PrefIt is designated as a prefectural natural park.ecture, Japan.It is a plateau with about 90ha of pampas grass meadows.The mountain was dyed white with Japanese pampas grass.
