We love road trips and recently bought our very own USA holiday home on wheels, which we plan to use for a Great American Road Trip EVERY YEAR. We have been dreaming of owning our very own campervan in the USA for such a long time and we are so happy to finally have one!

    Glad the first night went great my first night in mine sucked because when I parked it looked level but once I actually laid down in bed I quickly found out it was not level at all haha but the next morning I leved it at the 2nd night was amazing I cant wait to travel in mine way more

    Were I playing tourist in the US, I'd head for Big Sur in Northern California; it is the single most spectacular coastal area on the planet. When you're there, make a stop at Nepenthe restaurant. It was converted from a house that Orson Welles & Rita Hayworth built and the view is astounding. It's also a low-pressure area which makes you feel like you've had a couple of Valium. Add a glass of win as you're sitting at an outside table enjoying the view and you won't ever want to leave.

    Get a nice 2/3 camera with a nice telephoto lens for the wild life it’s the best thing when you are in the bush to capture the wildlife. We love taking our cameras with us and just waiting patiently for our visitors to arrive. Happy and safe travels from Western Australia the state of awesome.

    Alex, look for Repel Lemon Eucalyptus bug repellent. It doesn't smell horrible and is good for hanging around the campfire in a park. But get the Off Deep Woods if you are going into a forest or wooded area.
