Sydney is a great place to cycle around and with the cycling network growing it allows anyone to ride around safely in dedicated cycle lanes. Over the COVID period, a number of temporary cycle paths popped up and a few of them have now been made permeant cycle paths (Pitt St).
College St cycle path was always very controversial with car owners and it was ripped out. However, with a change of state government, this is now being reinstalled to complete this section of the cycle network. This will join the new KING STREET cycle path which has recently opened.
It was a lovely winters day to ride the Brompton and check out the new King St bike path and then ride down to Circular Quay and then around to Darling Harbour. The round trip is about 9km.

Ops
The cycle path in construction at the start of this video is College street (not Park st)
Do you ride normally alone? If not, I would like to ride with you in Sept? Any chance?
