    I was confused for a bit. I was thinking 'pancita' looks a lot like 'menudo'. (Did a search)….oh it is menudo, lol.
    Edited: Almost 1 hr later into the video the trepas, yum. Crispy please

    A Mexican friend of my wife made Chicharrones en Salsa Verde and shared it with us once. I really enjoyed the taste, but I just couldn't handle the texture of the chicharrones. As much as I try to be willing to try anything once, I'm sad to find sometimes that I cant physically tolerate the textures of meats I'm not accustomed to eating.

    I hate it when Mexican restaurants give me the mild sauce without asking. He's white, so of course he won't like the hot sauce! Nice video though. Makes me hungry even though I can't get most of these foods. Sure, in south Texas I can get some, but not all.

    I just noticed he said he grew up in a trailer. Trailers are well, some of the new one are pretty nice but cost several hundred thousand dollars. The old ones were trash, and they got a bad name. There was enough space, sure, but that particle board flooring was really really bad. If you spilled a glass of water on the carpet and stepped on that spot, it would break a large hole in the floor. These were bad. Not just a little bad, a lot bad. I had to repair one for my sister, replacing most of the entire floor, and some of the walls, and the ceiling, and the A/C unit. Would I mind living in one? No, not really. I spent many a night outside on the ground. I wasn't destitute, just homeless. I had a car and thousands of dollars in my bank account; just no home.

    I laugh at how at 2:07:15 she said, "hace cuatro años" and the translator (who's "supposed" to know Spanish) goes, "three years ago"…

    Since when is Mexico been a white country. That's what y'all have tried to make it but you cannot discredit oaxacan Mexicans the darker skin Mexicans for their recipes you all had nothing to do with it. The recipes that you now have in Mexico Miss food writer. I knew she didn't know what she was talking about when she said Mexico is a white country she's a lie. What gets me about these white people in Mexico is the only time they want to claim their black side is when something fantastic and great is happening for the darker skin Mexicans then they want to include themselves as being a part of them. Like many of my darker Hispanics they are always treated differently by their own people because of the color of their skin the same thing they do to brown Americans in America. Our skin is not black our skin is different hues of brown. For this food writer who ain't even old enough to know the history has not studied the history of Mexico to lie and say that Mexico is white shame on you Mexico shame on you.
