🇹🇭YAMHOK (Buffalo Placenta Soup): Boil with lemongrass and add herbs, placenta, and seasonings like golango, turmeric and pan dan leaves, chicken stock and shrimp paste. Allow it to boil for 30 minutes. Remove the placenta and chop. Place in a bowl and add broth, and homemade pepper paste, and mix. Add local herbs and shallots.

🇹🇭LAAB: Add fresh blood to sliced meat and mince it together. Add in tenderloin, bile mix, chili powder, spring onions, coriander. Add in about 15-20 types of Thai ingredients mashed: cumin seeds, peppers, anise, coriander seed, etc, and mix. Add in premium bile and buffalo fat on top.

  3. I am sorry but there are just some things that there is zero need to eat .. eating these gross innards , bile and placenta is just ridiculous, there so many tasty things to eat so why would anyone go out of their way to eat this nastiness

  4. The tripe is better if the remove the black stuff. In my country, we will wash and remove the black stuff.

  5. I'd be open to trying the animal placenta. Ngl, I thought it was being served raw at first. I'd be willing ti try anything cooked. Hard for me to stomach anything raw though. It took me years to stomach sushi and tartare.

  6. THANK YOU once again, Sonny, for introducing Me to another culture!!! AND Thanks for not trying to 'indoctrinate' your viewers into the U.N. "Eat Bugs to save the environment" nonsense!!! I was surprised to discover that insects are actually poisonous to the human body (cumulatively)!!! Would NOT turn away crickets to survive for a while, but will NOT be buying mealworm powder to make pasta or bugloaf either!
