New this week at Universal Studios Hollywood!

In today’s video we go back to Universal Studios to check up on the usual. Secret Life of Pets continues to reveal itself week by week, and Nintendo Land downstairs continues to grow. More structural steel is getting put into place everyday as continued growth becomes more and more visible. Also City Walk has some new additions in the works as Universal Studios changes out the old.

    I worked at an Abercrombie when i was younger. I’m honestly shocked they’re expanding, i thought for sure they’d close this location. It’s the only clothing store in city walk, probably very expensive rent, and last i heard they weren’t doing so well financially. It seemed like city walk was moving towards more restaurants and less retail.

    Super curious, how many times do you go to a theme park a week? How long do you go everytime you do when filming vids? And do you get on any rides while there, or are you like tired or just dont feel like riding them?

    I think the difference between Disney and Universal is the illusion that you’re not going in to a huge building for a ride. They do a good job hiding the ride building. I remember going to Islands of adventure and I was able to see the ride building behind the Hogwarts castle. It’s nit picky but it takes away from the immersion.

    The NBC Sports Bar will replaced Tony Romo’s, but the Howl At the Moon will be converted to offices. My managers notified us last week through the company weekly e-mail about the changes.

    I’m really hoping that we’ll see some assets from Mario in the park soon so far we’ve only seen a hill from japan

    I do wish sometimes that Universal Studios Hollywood was bigger like the one in Florida. More land means more rides, which in return means rides don't have to keep being taken out for new ones. I was a little upset to hear that Revenge of the Mummy replaced E.T. Adventure (and I bet Steven Spielberg was to).

    I've noticed Tuesdays are slightly more busy at Disneyland and Universal because schools get out earlier and some people don't bother taking their kids to school

    We will be there in later Nov, hoping that Waterworld is reopened and would be amazing if Secret Life was open then too but not holding my breath. Yay Nintendo!
