Hello! 🙂 I know this video Is not about yatai but I would like to ask you something… First of all I would like some things… thanks to people who put hard work and passion in to It every day…yatai are wonderful. I would very much like to have one I would keep It with great care…I would like to have It with a sloping roof like the ancient Japanese ones. Could you tell me more or less how much It would cost to buy one and also equipement? And would It Be possible to have one like those of the past? Obviously also the people in this video put passion, precision and effort…as well as other people in other jobs…but the work with yatai Is too fascinating because It makes you think of antiquity and I am an italian girl and I love Japan and everything about It, maybe one day I will be able to come and visit Japan and I will be able to learn your language. 🙂🙏 Obviously thanks very much also to you who throught the videos introduce us to one of the wonderful arts of Japan.
It always amazes me how well a decent number of people can work so efficiently in such small kitchens. They sure were cranking out those bentos. And quality bentos at that.
