Phnom Penh takes the name of Wat Phnom, a small hill adorned by a pagoda built-in 1373, and it is also the legendary birthplace of the city, where today Wat Phnom is located in Wat Phnom. At Wat Phnom, it is observed that many people and national tourists visit there, especially on national holidays or major national holidays, creating fun and places of worship for Buddhism. The river covers an area of about 2.6 million square kilometers. The Mekong River is the lifeblood of Cambodia. It flows through the provinces of Stung Treng, Kratie, Kampong Cham, Phnom Penh, and Prey Veng and ends at the Vietnamese border. The Mekong River crosses National Road 1 at the Neak Leung Bridge.
