California Dream Eater heads to Hog Island Oyster Company near Pt. Reyes National Seashore on the California coast for a behind-the-scenes look at its sustainably farmed oysters. While San Francisco is a world-class, must-see city, we recommend taking the time to explore the surrounding area. One nearby stop is breathtaking Salt Point State Marine Conservation Area, a great spot for divers and tide-poolers alike. And here are five great hikes in the Bay Area.

Just one question, is this place 90 minutes away from SF by kayak or car, specifically? Thanks! π
Your puns are fantastic. Please don't ever stop.
"Impress the shell out of it."? "Shucked it up." Almost clicked away.

Not to be rude but I just go out my backyard here in Kitsap Co. Washington State and harvest Wild Pacific Oysters by the dozens anytime I feel the urge. Was born &raised in Nor. Cal. and my father used to take me to Bodega Bay to harvest oysters, crab and clams back in the 60's but they were never as good as what I harvest here in Washington State.
Your so beautiful place and very delicious food the ocean seafood i really love it and very fantastic
