    What surprises me most, is the small amount of noodles that some of the restaurants appear to be buying. Two trays here, three bags there… that hardly seems enough to sell a day's worth of meals!

    So much time and effort to make the noodles and the process of cooking the noodles to the plate is not an easy task as well. This is why no one els can replicate or make a cusine like this in another country. Truly remarkable and a class on its on. I wish to try this food someday.

    Absolutely fascinating and relaxing to watch the processes of this restaurant! It was also impressive that they were so stringent with their cleaning processes as to avoid cross contamination as much as possible.

    Great video and hopefully there’s a 5th generation owner in the future! 😁
