ハンバーグ作る時って合挽き肉を使うのに、このお店は赤身肉のミンチと合挽き肉を混ぜて使っている、これも旨さのに要因の１つなんですかね。
しかし、ハンバーグ１個の大きさが、デカい。
近くに絶対あって欲しいお店❣️
