Just like the one in Manchester UK . . . Not so far apart are we really 🙂
Wow, that actually looks pretty genuine. I'm surprised. No cheesy exaggeration. Just plain Christmas market feeling. Nice! Thanks for sharing!
Very accurate. 😀 Do they also sell the iconic hot drink in such a "Weihnachtsmarkt" called "Glühwein"?
Do you know if any of them speak German? Or is this just for show?
I looks like this year my city, Maizuru, will be hosting a German Christmas thing. They have not done anything like this since being here, so I'm curious to see what they will do.
how cool :9
Stollen is a German Kuchen with marzipan that I am waiting to show up at the Aldi's in town. Just love that stuff. And it only comes around at this time of year.
Nice that would have been nice to see !!!!
Merry Xmas kev !!!!!!!!!!!
so just wondering, why a German Christmas market? Curious if there is some connection (no ww2 jokes) or just a random connection since you mentioned it's been happening for several years now. I think it's kinda neat, just wondering if you know the history of the market.
You should see the Japanese Christmas market in Germany!
We have "Christkindlmarkt" here in Chicago this time of year as well, and I can see some of the similarities between the two…
It's rather appropriate that there's one in Osaka, seeing that the two cities are sister cities.
It's an alsacian (france) christmas market .. alsace have similar culture than germany :p
