What’s the best afternoon tea in London? This is a question I get a lot, so I decided to compare three of the top afternoon teas in London so you can figure out which tea experience is best for your next visit. In this video, come with me to the Rosewood hotel, Fortnum & Mason, and Ting at the Shangri-La hotel in The Shard to see how they compare on price, location, food and service.

  1. Shangri-La gets my vote. I saw a programme about the Corinthia London, first episode dealt a lot with them devising their new afternoon tea. Was interesting seeing the thought that went into it.

  2. Thank you for walking us through these details! Going to London for a month and I definitely need to try one of these places for tea!

  3. I've never had an Afternoon tea before in my entire life! Please I wanna and love to experience it! 😭😭😭😭😭

  4. Hi Jess, I'm visiting London very soon and afternoon tea is very high on my list of things to do. I do have one question though: in places as "posh" as Fortnum and Mason, is it acceptable to come dressed casually or will the staff frown on me turning up in a t-shirt? I've put some money aside for it but I'm afraid to feel a bit out of place

  5. Are all three places about the same in price? Do you need a reservation? What is the best time to arrive for high tea and when is the best time/day to go for high tea when there are fewer people? Thanks for answering all my questions!

  6. wow, this will be amazing experience, spent the very first few days in London and loving it! so much to do and so much to experience….thank you Jess for filling up our bucket list😂. Do you have a suggestion for experiencing the afternoon tea as a first-timer towards NW London? The photos from Google Pixel looked amazing…no less than any hifi DSLR!

  7. Loved this! My first video seeing you! Great choices to sample these 3 afternoon teas. Would love to visit all three! I definitely liked the variety and contrast between each location. Thank you!

  8. This is a really great video. I learned a lot. It all looked yummy and yet different, not boring at all. I like the template that you used for each of the teas. But I gotta ask, after 3 cream teas in one day, did your tummy hurt? But otherwise, the whole video was very cool. Loved the Champagne Challenge. Very nice.

  9. Beautiful video. Thank you for the quality, FREE content you produce. Visiting London soon and we are loving this guide for our first tea time there!

  10. I found this video informative and great. Sure there’s a pixel 5 in there but it in no way detracted from the experience. I was happy to not have an ad at the beginning or the middle so if that meant Integrated content, bring it on! The only downside is I can’t decide which of the 3 to do so I may have to pick all of them!

  11. I love all the teas in London fond of Fortnum buy so much of their teas I do love the Ritz also problem is there are so many they are all good.

  12. I need a tea spot that’s more for common folks like me..nothing too frou frou.

  13. You did 3 teas in one day? First thought it was done over 3 days, but realized you had the same dress on.

  14. Just perhaps. This is simple concept!
But could you mention you phone 1000 more times . I didn't get name of the device the first 100 mentions.
