Omg !
It's a Bombardier Dash 8, quite a popular plane around the world. Have flown in one in Australia, Qantas use them for small country airports.
It's a De Havilland Canada DHC-8-402Q Dash 8 Combi and I love this aircraft. I've flown many times from Philadelphia to New Haven, Ct (and back) on a smaller version, American Airlines / Piedmont Airlines' De Havilland Canada DHC-8-102 Dash 8. I very much enjoyed the video and hope to take a trip to Okinawa myself, one day.
The JAL Group also uses an even smaller aircraft, the Saab 340. And please change "JAL Airlines" to "Japan Airlines" or "Ryukyu Air Commmuter", because "Japan Airlines Airlines" sounds horrible 🙂

There is a Youtube video of the delivery flight from Brazil to Japan making about 5 stops on the way for their Embrear aircraft. Stopping in non-JAL destinations like Barcelona. It´s cute to see the small aircraft with the tsurumaru !
