  9. what fascinates me most is how restaurant owners/workers in Japan are respected and taken so seriously. it appears to mean so much more to their culture than, say, restaurants here in America, where they're a dime a dozen and nobody seems to care.

  12. I guess the channel owner (video maker/editor) must be living in Osaka. I was wondering why there are so many popular udon places in Osaka? is it related to the type of ingredients used in the noodle flour to make the taste special? or is it more related to people in Osaka would learn the tradition of making the noodles by hand (using the machines as well but not buying pre-made noodles) more that in other places of Japan? I would also like to know are most of the restaurant owners children of parents who used to run the same restaurant (or similar restaurants)?

  13. Todo se ve exquisito. Desde su preparación hasta el emplatado todo es minucioso y conlleva un gran esfuerzo y trabajo.
    Por otro lado se puede visualizar el gran daño que tendrá el chef/cocinero por la realización del Udón respecto a sus manos al constante cambio brusco de temperatura: de un udón muy caliente al remojarlos en agua con hielo. A la larga esa persona presentará problemas de articulación y peor.
    Otro aspecto para valorar mucho más esa comida.

  14. 평창 올림픽 열리던 시절, 경기장 밖에 다국적 음식점 에서 먹었던 일본 우동 , 정말 최고이었다.
    그 후 일본식 우동을 일식 집 갈 때 마다 찿아 보곤 했는데 , , 아직 발견 못 했다. .
    그 때 그 우동 , , 기억이 희미해지기 전에 , 만날 수 있겠지 , .

  15. i dont eat unnessetnial nutriment and cruelty of animals without their concent, but i admire alot the japanese food style and dedication, the simplicity, the perfection.
    i put my ethic a side and admire the talent and focus
