  1. I would have loved that as a kid lol
    I remember mixing different kind of drinks to create some kind of beer froth.

  2. I was so confused until you mentioned it actually tasted like apple juice, because I can't imagine any kid would enjoy the taste of real beer. Hell I had the tiniest sip when I was young from my grandparent's glass and it was so bad I gagged… 25 yrs old now and I still don't understand the appeal lol

  3. I remember always getting fake chocolate cigarettes as a kid. Never got fake beer, looks awesome! Just so you know I never ended up being a smoker myself and only drink an occassional beer on a hot day or during an event (birthday, wedding, new years, etc).

  4. Huh. As a kid when I taste tested beer under my parents supervision the first time, my reaction was similar to when I tasted other kinds of alcohol at first. I winced and was so shocked that adults enjoyed those awful tasting drinks and gladly left the adults to be drinking those and still couldn't understand how and why anyone would want to drink those unpleasant things and beer somehow tasted like it was saliva or something in my mouth too so honestly if anyone gave me something like this when I was a kid and only said that that was "beer" I'd probably glare at them, say "no thank you!" and turn around and walk off to get myself some juice or some cola or something. The idea for this product is odd indeed.

  5. We use to buy bubble gum cigars and bubble gum thin strips they would roll up and put in a small container like chewing tobacco too. There was even shredded bubble gum sold in a pouch with cartoons of baseball on it like traditional chewing tobacco, I even thing the word "Chew" was in the title of the product.

  6. Fascinating to see ^^;;
    There are/were regulations in America concerning fake cigs, being as well different in other countries, though part of any impact would seem in no small part reliant upon the host culture /shrug

  7. This is clever. Do your own children like it? Assuming they've tried it, that is. I like hearing your translate Japanese, into English. It's GREAT that you appear to be so facile speaking and reading one very difficult language indeed, but, then again … why wouldn't you be? You lived there long enough to get a handle on things, as we Americans would say.
