This video starts at Tokyo Skytreetown and we are going to see the summer festival. A bon dance stage has been installed in front of Tokyo Solamachi Shipping Mall. After the festival, let’s walk over to Asakusa. The famoust Senosji Temple in Asakusa is very quiet in contrast to the bustling festival at Tokyo Skytreetown and I hope you enjoy the both atmosphere.

Trivia: Asakusa was unexpectedly quiet at night and that makes the whole Sensoji Temple area look very mysterious. I thought it would be interesting to shoot a late night video there someday.

  2. Ohhh! At 18:28, we can see the elusive Japanese garbage and recycling bins! It's so beautiful!! They are rarely seen in the wild! As always, thank you for always showing us Japan at a time when we still can't go! You rock!!
