  3. The filling was lime juice with gelatin, condensed milk, and I thought the orange stuff was egg yolks. I did not see the cooking of the filling! If the orange stuff WAS egg yolks, we are eating raw egg yolks?? Did I miss a step?

  6. What a pity
lime juice must be sqeezed,&stored in stanless containers or jars
Not in plastic containers,it s very dangerous

  7. Elle jette les peaux ? Et les zestes alors ? Qu' à t il avec le jus de citron et le jaune d'oeuf ? La crème au citron n'est pas cuite ? Ah ils s'emmerdent pas ! Ils font une pâte sablée sèche

  8. Looks amazing… am sure the lime juice "cooks" the eggs yolks, but I'd still be a little concerned about eating a slice if I were pregnant.
Salmonella isn't something to play Russian roulette with when you're pregnant or have intolerances. You'd have to be 1000% sure of the quality of the egg yolks to eat them without cooking them, even in some small way.

  9. I. Love. Your. Truck. I love ❤️ everything Italian. Castle Verdi is my most favorite olives 🫒
