I’m not the biggest fan of Korean beef, but when you eat it raw in 육회 format, it’s freaking great! I love this stuff! It sounds scary, I know, but you should give it a shot. We’re going to show you a bit more in this week’s Food Adventure Program!

  2. Yukhwe is my favorite Korean dish!!! I was told by my in-laws, who are Korean, that this was a very traditional dish, but I didn't know it was 'an old man' food! It's still my absolute favorite though, especially yukhwe bibimbap. Ugh, I'm so hungry now~~. Thank you for making an entire video over my favorite Korean dish no matter how un-cool or un-photogenic it is.
    I've been binge watching all of your vods since I am very studied in Japanese and my husband is Korean, and I've been thoroughly entertained every second. Thank you again, guys. I don't even know if you realize that you are making a dying culture accessible for the newer generations/foreigners, but you are, and this work is imperative, and my family is grateful. You are educating people in fun and trendy way about these antediluvian cultures, and you are even brave enough to speak of the negatives that the cultures, unfortunately, carry. Thank you so, so much.

  3. We eat this in our family. We vall it carne apache, i belive ground with lemon. We "supposedly" cook it with thd lemon, but in reality it does not get cook. Its belicious.

  4. I feel like the only person in the comment section that was raised not to touch raw meat but yet I have strong cravings for it and defy that law all the time.

  5. 육회의 제조 과정을 모르면 오해가 있을 수 있습니다.

    급속냉동보관으로 기생충을 제거하며, 살짝 밑간을 해서 냉장 상태에서 숙성합니다.

    또한 참기름 베이스로 마늘과 파를 사용해 양념소스를 만들고,

    신선한 과일인 한국의 배를 사용합니다.

    고기는 힘줄과 지방층을 모두 제거해서 냄새와 부드러운 식감을 살리죠.

    생각보다 매우 손이 많이 가는 고급 요리 입니다.

    tartar steak를 보십시요 ^^;

    오히려 tartar 보다 훨씬 안전한 재료 관리를 해서 나오는 음식입니다.

  6. I'm not gonna lie, the first time I saw one of their videos I thought she was a lesbian and he was a gay man.

  7. Hmm. Usually, we eat raw meat with a pear in Korea. You can eat it with egg yolks, and only those who've eaten it can taste it. It's so delicious.When you come to Korea, make sure to try it.

  8. here we eat raw beef scraped on wonderbread, with chopped onions, homemade mayo, spicy peppers and lemon juice (plus salt and pepper) and it's delicious 😀 raw meat is so good
