    Must say — I'm 7:30 in and I like the setup. however the rain infiltration was getting to me.
    I had a small pickup 'Nissan' with a cap in back minus a back 'screen/door'. I'd park and had a 12 by 16 foot tarp. I'd start by pulling it on top and securing the sides around the front to door mirrors. Then I'd follow the tarp back and prop each corner with a heavy tent pole. Then guy it down in front ( bungee in middle to front grill and sides to tent stakes ) and same in back.
    What I loved is a twin XL air mattress slide in the back between my wheel wells. My gear — was packed in 4 or 5 'good/sturdy' totes. Anyhow I've been out in as much in 20 degree weather or a summer torrential thunderstorm 40mph winds and stayed dry and fine.
    Loved it —— great system for a poor guy.
    Been nicer if she was there.

    Next time try to use a pole that’s a little taller than the existing poles and tape a towel on one end and center it. This will make a point on the roof so that the rain will trickle down to the sides or use a tarp larger than the roof and angle it above the roof so rain water can slide down. Hope that will help.     Te veo en México, buen campamento, un día difícil, mucha lluvia, como sugerencia deberías acomodar tus cámaras para poder ver bien tu cara y también plática más, podrías describir todo lo que veas.

    Isn't that dangerous to go alone on yourself? I mean you must have something to protect yourself maybe a gun or a combat knife.
