  1. Hello, I am Turkish. I do not believe that chicken is added to the tavuk göğsü dessert. It's just a kind of milk dessert and I have no idea why this dessert is called tavuk göğsü (chicken breast) 🙂

  2. The halva you eat is made with only flour, butter and sugar. There is nothing else in it, peanuts are put only if you feel like it. That chicken breast you ate is fake. There are places that really make chicken breasts, they are made in two ways, one is called a normal "tavuk göğsü" one and one is called the "kazan dibi" bottom of the cauldron and it is really good.

  3. In our country, they make Tavuk göğsü in two ways. Using chicken and without chicken. Both are sold as "Tavuk göğsü". It's a good idea to ask before you eat. I recommend you "Kazandibi" (Kazandibi is burn Chicken Breast 🤣) We love you guys you are awesome. 🤗🤗❤

  4. It's minced meat in the soup and the small noodles in the soup we call erişte and we also use şehriye in soups or rice. Maybe you have seen some brownish seedish looking thins in turkish rice . This is also made from wheat flour mini noodle. I hope u like our cuisine. Some things u get used to it. Ayran is like white cow cheese to drink 🙂 And there is also different qualities of ayran. If u get a good ayran brand or house made with a lot of foam u can drink it and it fills u and ur hunger crawings are gone. Next time drink ayran if u eat a kebap or something hearty.

  5. If you like cheese taste in dessert you give a try to höşmerim. It is also traditional dessert. It's not like künefe.

  6. Shame that there wasn’t any chicken in the pudding! False marketing LOL. Everything looked delicious though. Turkish food is amazing all-around, from savoury to sweet options!
