On our Georgian food tour in Tbilisi, we try Adjarian Khachapuri, the famous Georgian cheese bread. Khachapuri is super popular here in Georgia, and the adjarian khachapuri is the most recognizable, shaped like a boat, smothered in butter, with a fresh cracked egg on top, to die for!

When adjarian khachapuri is eaten, you have to make sure to do it right, mixing up all the gooey ingredients in the centre to make the perfect cheesy dipping consistency. Any Georgian food tour will have this item on the must try list, we couldn’t wait to try it ourselves.
