My first time visiting Macau the Vegas of Asia. Macau food is known to be a combination of Portuguese, Chinese, and local Macanese Food. I started off with some of the most famous street food pork chop sandwiches, then went to try some local Portuguese inspired dishes as well as the popular egg tarts! Which were amazing!

  1. Disrespectful to go to Macau and downplay their food (pork chop sandwich) it's part of the culture

  2. Being Portuguese, all this food is just so familiar to me and I love it. I can’t wait o visit Macau someday

  3. You definitely have to come to Portugal, home of the serradura and egg tart that you ate in this video. The egg tart is actually named "Pastel de Nata". Best regards from Portugal!

  4. That minchi does not look authentic – I really never liked Litoral restaurant. Besides it is an insult to the chef to put chili paste on a minchi. Minchi was never meant to be spicy food.

  5. As a Portuguese, I’m very happy and proud to see you’re enjoying our food! You NEED to come to Portugal and let me know if you need any tips! ☺️

  6. You went to Macau and you did not try congee from Fu Kei, close to the Red Market? You better ask for someone local to show you true Macau flavors…

  7. I’m Portuguese but it’s so crazy to how much Portuguese influence is still there in the city. I hope to be able to travel there to try the local culture and to also indulge in my own culture with Chinese influence

  8. I absolutely hate when you order something like that 1st sandwich and it still has bones in it. Like, if I'm paying for someone else to make food, I don't expect to have to deconstruct it just to eat it. Or break out my dang teeth. 💀
