During our time in Georgia, we planned to try as many traditional Georgian foods that we possibly could. There are such varying flavours throughout the country, yet all the different regions seem to agree on at least one thing, walnuts. They’re such a staple ingredient in traditional Georgian cuisine and are used in loads of different dishes, such as satsivi, pkhali, and stuffed eggplant.

In this Georgian food tour, we go to a popular restaurant in Batumi to see how versatile walnuts really are, and the amazing things that Georgians can do with them.

We hope you enjoy this Georgian food tour of some extremely delicious traditional Georgian foods.
