It is one of the landmarks of Umeda, Osaka.
At the rooftop “Floating Garden Observatory”,
you can see the cityscape of Osaka from a height of 173m above the ground.
Completed in 1993, two 40-story buildings above ground are connected at the top.
In addition to the aerial restaurant on the 39th floor and the observation gallery on the 40th floor, there is the “Kuchu Teien Observatory” on the roof where you can see the cityscape of Osaka while being blown by the wind 170m above the ground.
East: To Nara, JR Osaka Station, Osaka Castle, etc.
West: To Kobe, Osaka Bay, Awaji Island, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Mt. Rokko
South: Tempozan, USJ, Kaiyukan, Kansai International Airport, etc.
North: To Kyoto, crossing the Yodo River, Osaka International Airport, Expo’70 Commemorative Park, Minoh, etc.
I visited in the daytime, but I think the night view is also beautiful.

屋上の「空中庭園展望台」では、地上173mの高さから大阪の町並みを一望できます。
1993年に完成、地上40階建てビル2棟を上部で連結しています。
39階の空中レストラン、40階の展望ギャラリー、屋上部分では地上170mの風に吹かれながら、大阪の街並みを一望できる「空中庭園展望台」があります。
東は奈良方面、JR大阪駅、大阪城など
西は神戸方面、大阪湾、淡路島、明石海峡大橋、六甲山
南は天保山、USJ、海遊館、先は関西国際空港など
北は京都方面、淀川を渡り、大阪国際空港、万博記念公園、箕面など
訪れたのは昼間ですが、夜景も綺麗だと思います。
