The noodles are freshly made in house by a team of professional chefs. The special bowl ($4.28 USD) is prepared differently than the traditional bowl of Pho. The broth and bones will be cooked on the stove inside the Japanese bowl, the noodles and beef will be served in a separate plate. That way customers can cook their own PHỞ and beef slices rather than getting it well done from traditional Pho places.
