This time, I shot a 360°video with Rie-chan.

Another excellent video GTJT, really appreciate the variety you are adding to these rickshaw videos. Please if possible continue using YouTube's subtitle option, as viewers can turn it off if required (helps if you are trying to learn Japanese language). If possible please shot a 360 Rickshaw video in the night time, if possible with Yuka or Tera chan.

Very good ride, GTJT Onii-san. The 360° feature is a bold, original and pretty interesting feature which has, in my opinion, both positive and negative aspects. I'll comment on it in a second but first, please allow me to thank you and りえさん for your hard work during this shooting.
5:19 – 6:03 : I'm not surprised to hear that, however りえさん has many fans outside of Japan, from Indonesia to Kurdistan, all across Europe, in Mexico and Brazil, etc… 6:14 – 6:38 : Yes, you can say that again. All we can do now is pray. 8:11 : Good answer, GTJT. The 360° / VR function is quite an immersive and well-thought implementation, thumbs up for giving it a try. I think it will be greatly appreciated by those who do not know Asakusa well. For those who are familiar with the neighborhood and the long-time 東京力車 fans, on the other hand, I feel this feature (no matter how appreciable it is) isn't absolutely essential and that for two reasons. The first is that is seems to make the video considerably heavier and longer to buff. With my laggy back-water connection from the far end of Finistère, I tried to watch it in 4K then in 1440s but to no avail. Eventually, I was compelled to back down to 1080s, which was still more than watchable but not ideal and I'm assuming there are folks who have an even poorer internet connection than I have. More importantly, I believe you have proven in the past that you were a skilled cameraman, who knows what to frame, how to frame it and when. Seeing 浅草 and being able to look around to the surroundings is nice but with all due respect, I think the main focus of jinrikisha rides is (and should remain) the driver and she (or he) has to say. I'm not implying that VR isn't viable or incompatible with jinrikisha but as りえさん rightly points out, I believe it might be better suited to shrines and temple visits on foot / shot from ground level and better still, with a fix (or slow-moving) camera. Still, solid effort and you definitely deserve some points for trying to bring something new to the rickshaw scene.
Finally, it has nothing to do with the 360° function itself but most likely with the camera you used to shoot this ride : I noticed the audio quality was somewhat inferior to your previous "classic" videos. We could still hear りえさん's voice loud and clear, however the microphone being attached to the belly band of her haragake caught a lot of noise from her badge and her tabi scraping on the ground as she ran. Perhaps next time, it would be preferable to pin it to her shoulder straps or somewhere around her neck. Also, your voice did sound kind of muffled and the background traffic noise seemed a lot louder than usual. All minor details but regardless, this ride was still very much a pleasure to watch and to listen to.
Please be well and take care, partner. This is just my honest opinion but I you feel VR is the way to go, by all means do keep at it. One way or another, I'll keep following your content with interest and wait eagerly for your next releases. りえさん, かっこいい. みさとさん, 日本一. 東京力車, ばんざい ! 🌍🗾❤.

on the lower resolutions the quality is a bit lacking,viewers should be aware to switch it to 4k in settings.
this is better then google street view 😎
think its a nice experience with vr googles to take full advantage of the 360 view.
it would be nice if at some point it is possible to have a zoom function added.
