For Part 2 of my Tokyo Travel Vlog series, we visited teamLab Borderless, explored Shinjuku, strolled around Ueno Park, and did some night shopping at Don Quijote in Asakusa.

teamLab Borderless offers a different art museum experience because the exhibits are all interactive. It’s amazing a plain, empty room can be a canvass for beautiful digital art exhibits.

On the way to Ueno Park, we stopped by Shinjuku to try some sushi from Standing Sushi Bar and it was probably the best tasting fatty tuna nigiri I’ve ever tried in my life. We also had some steak at Dubliner’s.

We spent the afternoon walking around Ueno park which was quite huge. I enjoyed seeing lots of temples inside. It was so peaceful and relaxing, I’ll probably spend most of my afternoons there if I lived in Tokyo.

Because Asakusa was just a few minutes from our place, we decided to spend the night there shopping in Don Quijote!
