My name is Elena. I’m currently living in Izhevsk, a small city somewhere in the middle of Russia. Here on my YouTube channel I share videos about life in my country. From street food in Russian provincial towns and unusual places to visit here to some cool facts about Russian history, culture, lifestyle and mentality 🙂

Thank you for sharing. I would love to visit GES-2 House of Culture.
Every time I see Moscow, I can't help but to smile. It's been a dream of mine to visit for a few years now. It's such an interesting place filled with not only historical sights but to understand, deeply, the Russian culture and mindset. The GES-2 really caught my attention. It is really interesting and some of the art you really have to just sit there and think outside the box. Minimalist art has always been interesting to me. Being an artist myself, I have tried to applied this but somehow I tend to over complicated due to habit in the end. It's really great to see your trip to Moscow Elena.
I enjoy listening to your conversation. Your friend speaks very quickly. I don't speak Russian, but it sounds really cool. Really enjoyed this video. You look very relaxed, and peaceful. Nice to see 😊
Another very interesting video- Thanks! Before I come to Russia, I'm learning how to be gopnik and get gopnitsa.
Excellent video. My entire career has been in the dairy business so I especially admired your "Holstein" style slacks! So much enjoyed your presentation.
Very nice 👍 video. What kind of drone are you looking for?
Great video Elena nice looking around Moscow ,thanks for showing us around
Really great as usual.
You pace these videos so well !
Love the train ride. Thanks for the wonderful and informative vlog. Take care
Самая очаровательная богиня 🌸🌸🌸 ⭐⭐⭐ 💖💖💖
You really make Moscow look like a vibrant and colourful city. Not at all what we see in the West, which still likes to show it as drab and cold all the time. Really makes me want to visit.
thanks
Hi Elena! This is really a very cool video. you did a very nice job with the filming and editing. This one has a much different "vibe" than the last one in Moscow, a while ago
You are so comfortable in front of the camera, and speaking so easily while filming. I very much enjoy all your travels! You leave a profoundly different vision, than what I expected with each video. I look forward to your next one! Take good care!
Very interesting culture and I enjoy the history of the proud Russian people. I hope Elena keeps on making more videos of Moscow it is so Beautiful.
Thanks for showing us what you've been up to. Such an unusual conference you attended. You're looking well!
Yet another interesting video from you Elena, thanks! I was wondering about your accent. First of all, you have perfect English, you never make any of the common mistakes that people from your area make, so I'm guessing that you learned English very young, and perhaps you lived abroad somewhere so you absorbed all of the little things that you'd never learn from a language course. Also, although you do have an accent, it isn't one that I would expect from a Russian speaking English to have. I'll admit, that people I meet here in the U.S. that have the accent I would expect from a Russian immigrant, sometimes turn out to be Ukrainian, or Polish or from other places in that area, but you don't sound like them at all. Sometimes people from Germany or Amsterdam have an accent I wouldn't be able to identify, but you don't sound like them either. And you also don't sound like you have any of the non U.S. native English speakers, England, South Africa, Scotland etc. Anyway, just curious; you sound like no one else that I can think of, which is great, and of course you're an excellent communicator, so it's definitely working for you.
Do u see the Z symbol in Russia
Elena, do you feel like a time traveler? For two days you were conveyed to a parallel universe before returning to the real world.
Your vlog magnificently captured the atmosphere and contrasts of life in that city. Of the Contemporary Arts/Cultural Centre, I would be interested to know what your father thought about the costs of converting the old power station into its present form.
Nice tour, Elena. It's neat to see how some of the older buildings are being repurposed as cultural spaces and places to eat and shop. Also, the Vkusno i Tochka logo reminds me not just of Marriott but also the Warner Brothers Movie Studio logo used in the 1970s.
Hi Elena, I hv left u a longer comment previously but somehow is not visible in the comment section, looks like YT and G–gle don't like something I've said and shadowbanned it.
I hope you can still read it in your notification alert🙂
Elena, Putin one of the best best politicians of the world. Smart handling.
Lukashenko and Bolsonaro are showing how to handle plandemia.
McDonald's is unhealthy.
Important is: how much governors are orwellian totalitarian like in western states.

Moscow looks like a beautiful city to visit , live or work in, I specially liked the train station and your walk through of the shopping district. Your videos are always educational and entertaining thanks again for all the work you put into them.
PS…….sorry but I couldn’t help but laugh at those jeans you had on, I’m the proud owner of a Black & White Cow Cat named Tater..
Great video Elena waiting for your next one. Love it when you are speaking Russian with your friend awesome from n.z
I enjoy your vlogs way more than any other Russian channel 😌
Best guide
Hi Elena, Thanks for the wonderful views of Russia. I must get back one day. It's been 36 years since I was there one my first 'overseas experience' as a teenager visiting far off places – things have changed a lot! So many places I have yet to see and well your channel inspires me to get back to see more one day. Keep the videos coming please! I can be an armchair traveler in the meanwhile.
I would love to go back to Moscow, so much more colourful than I remember when I was there in the late 1970s as part of a Trade Union trip from the United Kingdom. All we did was visit factories and drink lots of vodka, don't remember seeing much else, but then again we were "escorted" everywhere we went😂😂 thanks again for your vlog.
Здравствуйте, вы едете из Ижевска в Москву.
Moscow looks very beautiful and interesting. Great video!
Hi again Elena, super video going around Moscow with your friend showing the new cultural spots there… gorgeous birch garden! BTW If you didn’t get your wish at Kilometer Zero, it was probably because you threw the coin over your right shoulder and not your left 🤦♂. You are a long way from Velikiy Gorod Izhevsk !
Good Moning from Poland ! Elena… It is a pity that I could take a brief look at Moscow with You. The idea for a walk among the "sounds" was incredible. Eh … Elena … It is a pity, that this our world, so unexpectedly for all of us, changes … I cordially invite You to visit Poland … Is possible ? I know Russia a little bit, already ! Spasiba bolshoje za Twoyu rabotu i interesnoje oczen video… 🙂
Another great video Elena. Moscow is a fantastic city and boats are funny. I appreciate a lot the rainbow too, the house of culture and buildings in the city. Have a great day Elena. We will see in the next video.
Thank you for your wonderful, relaxing, and educational video. Hopefully someday I will get to visit your country. (Best, Mike, New York).
Путешествуйте хорошо. Спасибо. Привет от пешехода из Испании.
