Driverless Train | Japan

Today we are going to Daiba through a Driverless train. To get the train we need to take Yurikamome Line. So at first we need to reach Shimbashi Station.
This Driverless automated train service connects Shimbashi Station and Toyosu Station via Odaiba. The entire length of the line is 14.7km.
The name Yurikamome comes from the black-headed seagull found in Tokyo Bay.
The first Yurikamome train leaves Shimbashi at 6 am with the last train to Toyosu at 11.50 pm
The first Yurikamome train from Toyosu departs at 5.41 am with the last train through to Shimbashi at 11.53 pm.
Now About the Yurikamome Ticket Fares ;
190 ye is the starting fare and it goes up to 390 yen. A one-day pass of this Line is about 820 yen. IC cards such as Suica, Pasmo, are valid in this Yurikamome Line.
Now it’s time to board the train. This driverless train has 6 car set so try to get the front seat of the first car set.
From there you can see how the tracks are, how the train changes its track in a curved route and the best part of this seat is the feeling of driving the train.
Though it seems like Monorail but actually it is not a Monorail. But the trains run with rubber-tired wheels on elevated concrete track guided by the side walls.
While moving from one station to another station you don’t feel any jerk. It’s a very smooth train journey. From this train you can see the beautiful Tokyo bay area, entertainment and shopping places of Odaiba and the rainbow bridge of Tokyo.
